`GitLab CI`を試してみているのですが、結構遅いです。

ただ、最終的には実行してくれる感じなので`Wercker`よりは良くなってくのかも。

あと、`Elm`のテンプレートが上手くビルドできなかった。`gulp build`で引っかかります。ローカルではOK。
